NEED HELP WITH CIPHER!

I'm working on the mydadstapes ARG (http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=33127), and mydadstapes just tweeted that he received an email containing this attached cipher:

It is obviously a youtube link, but no one on the forum has been able to solve it and it has been a week at least. Here is the image flipped right-side up:

Also, here is the email address the cipher came from and the name of the sender, this info also comes from mydadstapes twitter account:
"The email came from C6D1b3D4c3c4b4c3b6D60 with and email address of c6d1b3d4c3c4b4c3b6d60SPLATgmail.com"

We think we may be getting close, but still no results :/
