 		Final Clue Answer
I got it right, but was too late <sigh>

Here's the answer if you want it.





The letters were VONGEYELNAIL

Using the sign behind Derek, you get VONGILNAIL

Dial that on the phone (after the 1 of course) for the "congrats" message.

 		this seems to be a major waste of my time.i have got pages of clues ,phone#s,address' & got all kinds of things circled on my atlas -----allfor nothing???? Evil or Very Mad Crying or Very sad Mad Confused Crying or Very sad

 		shhh...all will be revealed. Legalese prohibits discussion. I'd rather be safe than sorry. (You understand.) Check back in a few days. Sorry. And even though we didn't all figure out the "ULTIMATE SOLVE" (bwahahaha!) watching the show, and deliberating about the clues, and trying to solve the mystery of the experiment was a blast.

 		Complete Breakdown
Here's the clue.

You disqualify the first clue ($1,045,000), spelling & punctuation count.

5th, 1st, 9th, 1st, 5th, 7th, 4th, 1st, 2nd, 7th, 5th, 2nd

Using your list of clues, you have:

teleVision
Orange
peter paN
G
morsE code
www.toYota18.com
fivE
Longitude
uNderwear
southeAst
bodnIck
eLiot


(I've capitalized the correct letter of each clue.)

You then get:

VONGEYELNAIL

As Derek was reading the clue, a sign behind him showed a graphic of an eye which equaled the letter I...meaning eye = I.

So you had to revise your clue to read:

VONGILNAIL

All that was left to do was dial a 1 in front of that string.

If you don't want to know the answer to the ultimate solve DO NOT [highlight the following]...

Here is how to get the final answer:

spaces and punctuation COUNT
don't count the first episode (don't use 1045000)
then 5,1,9,1,5,7,4,1,2,7,5,2

1045000 (don't count this)
Television (5th letter in television is *V*)
Orange (1st letter in orange is *O*)
Peter Pan (9th letter in peter_pan is *N*)
G (1st letter in g is *G*)
Morse Code (5th letter in morse code is *E*)
Www.toyota18.com (7th letter in www.toyota18.com is *Y*)
Five (4th letter in five is *E*)
Longitude (1st letter in longitude is *L*)
Underwear (2nd letter in underwear is *N*)
Southeast (7th letter in southeast is *A*)
Bodnick (5th letter in bodnick is *I*)
Eliot (2nd letter in eliot is *L*)

The letters spell VONGEYELNAIL

There was a sign behind Derek that said EYE = I
