OK. That was wicked funny. Though I'd thought at first that the feather was a potato chip.

That explains how the Professor is a fish - sometimes.

There should be a heavily distorted Nature Break from the Slendyverse.

Fuck it, I'll do it.

I don't really get how it's meant to be funny. I just don't get this one

I also envision a close-up of Craig Digsby and then the Stargate sequence from 2001 starting up and reflected in his glasses.

Brooks are said to "babble." They're also said to "laugh." Digsby was standing in the water and hearing the "happy" sound, and for some inexplicable reason brought a cameraman with him. Because he's batshit.

Working on two series at once probably won't be easy.

That's why Mr. Digsby's gonna take a nice little trip to the Slendyverse for a while. If only Jay had his laptop with him--he and Digsby could play games on Abandonia (if there's an adequate internet connection).

Actually, it's really manageable, they don't have the pressure of the fanbase saying ''WHERE IS MUH ENTRY'', so they can plan ahead, schedule what day will they film an entry or two and then do it. The only downside is that we won't see the new series until a long time has passed from this point.

I'm pretty sure they are going to avoid doing the MH route again with the fanbase waiting between entries, i'm sure they will start releasing them after they have like 50% of the series done

I agree with managing both being an issue both I also agree with Ristar. While MH is remarkably well made I think it was a huge learning process for the guys. This time they know exactly how to approach it, like you said in terms of episode production and schedule. Obviously the guys will be thrown curveballs and will fall behind but if this horror series doesn't observe ARG elements and doesn't require frequent updating they should do okay. We're a long way off seeing any of this series though. Minus the blog posts and vague tweets the next time we'll properly hear anything about this project would be autumn at the earliest. If they want to repeat the success of MH they'll need to keep it under wraps for a while. Which is kinda annoying because I'm excited for it.

Also, a light-hearted comedy series won't have a rigorous schedule. No serious overaching plot = no cliffhangers = fanbase won't mind (as much, anyway) if those release less frequently while the horror series is more frequent.

Will it be a light-hearted comedy, though? I could see them doing some dark, absurdist stuff.

If they could get her back for it, I'd love to see Jessica May in it. She seems like more of a comedic than a dramatic actress.

Agreed with both of you. They've learned how to and how not to pace out a series (and also likely more about how to sketch out a plot). In a few Season 3 eps it seemed they were trying to let the dialogue--in the form of a stretched-out monologue--compensate for lost time. Here's hoping they'll work around that in the future should they need to work around anything.

EDIT: By the way, I hope they can manage to get Brian back for one of them, if only for a small role or a couple of episodes. He's a fantastic actor.
