Yeah, after that tweet, the screenshot sure makes it seem like they met downtown and then headed to Rosswood. The way they're standing kind of looks to me like Tim walked over to Jay's car from another one, rather than both of them having ridden over together, but that's far from certain and probably wouldn't be important anyway.
