Quite right. Here's the actual tweet again, for clarity (responding to another tweet, asking "where?":

Now, the screenshot looks like Rosswood to me, not the downtown we saw in early season three entries. So, that's the first question for the new entry. Did they meet where Tim first said to meet, or did plans change, or was the intent always to meet downtown and head elsewhere? I would like to see some non-Rosswood locations, myself. All of this, of course, should become irrelevant the instant the new entry hits, but hey, what else do we have going on?

judging by the fact that he said it was semi-spoilery, and there's really nothing else there, i assume the spoiler was that they go to rosswood

Very possible. If that's the case, I wonder what it is, and why Tim hasn't told Jay what it is already. Maybe he has, and it's something that needs to be further examined in person?

Another possibility is that they're returning to the site of a previous incident (chimneys, hospital, Hoody Hut, tunnel, building from 52) to investigate. If you're in their situation, what leads would you be trying to track down first? Places Masky's been sighted? Hoody? The Operator? Alex? I wonder what their priorities are.

Is the red tower in Rosswood? I thought it was somewhere else.

 		The red tower isn't in rosswood. In entry 5 you can see it and that was when they were shooting before alex moved. they've said that that town is far away from rosswoods town

 		No, it's not in Rosswood. It's in the town where they filmed Marble Hornets, which is quite a distance away.

But it's still possible they could go there.
