this explains it better than I could but basically - you move each letter to the one 13 places away from it so A = N, B = O, C = P, etc.

I have been using http://rot13.de to decode all the posts...I recognised the tumblr link because of the uggc://

 		Not found anything much about Ordine through google apart from it being a type of morphine

Siorai, however, is gaelic for Eternal so that might be a name for slendy?

Ordine is also Italian (and Romanian) for order. It's also the ablative singular of ordo in Latin. Ordo means (copied from wiktionary):
1. A methodical series, arrangement, or order; regular line, row, or series.
2. A class, station, condition, rank.
3. (military) A rank or line of soldiers; band, troop, company; command, captaincy.
