He keeps asking me questions about our past, and I think maybe he's got some brain damage from the accident.

On Christmas he was so thrilled with the gift I got him - a newspaper from his home town, from the day he was born. Yesterday I made a little joke about the price of eggs and told him he should look up how much they cost in the paper, and he looked at me like I'd gone nuts. I'm hoping his short term memory hasn't been affected like the long-term seems to be.

Jake has progressed from muttering in his sleep to outright screaming. What am I going to do to get him in to talk to someone? Please tell me he doesn't have to be committed!


Well, at least she's still alive. Interesting about Jake's memory--he still can remember the old timeline, just in bits and pieces?

 		I know several of you have started an email dialogue with Meg. I noticed in one of her entries about Jake's operation that she was contacted by her mother's lawyer and her inheritance is what paid for Jake's operation. Could one of you ask Meg who the lawyer was? I'm curious to see if it's someone from LLL.
