Another long-time lurker comes out of the lurking closet. I almost de-lurked a couple of episodes ago but chickened out at the last minute. This thread is a great idea.

So, what do you like to be called? I really don't mind. Whatever variation of the username is easiest to type.

How did you get into Marble Hornets? Through another forum I lurk on. There was a discussion about what people found really scary and somebody linked Marble Hornets. I've been hooked ever since.

Favorite books/movies/games etc?
Books:
In no particular order - The Ender Saga; Anything Tolkien has ever done; Anything Terry Pratchett has ever done; Anything Neil Gaiman has ever done; Anything Ian Banks has ever done - with and without the "M."; I used to really love Robin Hobb's work until she ended up being all about the dragons. (Dragons. Bleh. Really not for me, I'm afraid.); I also love Wuthering Heights, which is odd because I can't stand any of the characters. I'm sure there are loads more but I've got that "giving things to the internet" mind blank going on.
Movies:
Blade Runner; The Usual Suspects; High Plains Drifter; Duel; The Shawshank Redemption; Again, lots more...
TV:
Firefly; The Wire
Games:
All The Elder Scrolls (especially Morrowind); Deus Ex; Mass Effect; Portal; EVE online; AoC; WoW; City of Heroes; LOTRO. I also love a bit of the old rolling of dice, especially in the D&D and Warhammer universes. Also, Magic: The Gathering.
etc:
I play piano and violin and I also sing. I write tinkly, folky-type music. I keep flitting between Rush, Fleetwood Mac and The Who as my favourite bands but I also love a bit of folk metal.

Played any other ARGs? Which? Not really. I've done a bit of research into the classic ones such as ilovebeees but I haven't actively got involved in anything. I intend to have a look around and see if anything takes my fancy.

How did you get into Marble Hornets?
Don't really remember. Just derpin' around on the internet some night during the break between season 1 and 2.

Favorite books/movies/games etc?
I'm addicted to video games. I LOVE video games. I can really get absorbed in a good JRPG, but run n' guns are my secret love. Favorite games are Fire Emblem (GBA ones), Final Fantasy (X, XII, CC), TWEWY, SMT (later ones), and Kingdom Hearts (don't judge me >.> )
As far as movies go, I still love Disney classics, and I'm interested in a few Anime series. Monster is probably the best series I've read/watched, animated or no.

Played any other ARGs? Which?

My purse, which is heavy and has a small pocket knife in it. Tbh, I'd drop it favor of my elbows. Get me close, and I can cut a man with them---probably more easily than that super dull knife XD

I'm pretty easy going, I suppose. If a random stranger strikes up a conversation with me, I can talk forever, but I'm pretty terrible at keeping up with friends lol.

How did you get into Marble Hornets? my little brother found it by accident. It was around entry #9. We watched those first 9 entries all in one shot starting at 11PM...needless to say we had no idea how to react except with terror and amusement.

Favorite books/movies/games etc? Books (King Raven Trilogy, Lord of the Rings, Slaughterhouse 5...), Movies (Pan's Labyrinth, Reprise, Seven, The Departed...), Games (METALGEARSOLIDFTW!!! Portal, Bioshock, Amnesia the dark descent, Final Fantasies/Kingdom Hearts, other shooters...)

Played any other ARGs? Which? Most basic Slenderman stuff. Mission Icefly. There's Something In The Sea.

How did you get into Marble Hornets? A friend of mine linked me to entry 26. i thought Oppy was some alien shit the first time I saw it, but then... well, then I got hooked up, like everyone else here.

Favorite books/movies/games etc?
Books: Stephen King's, "Operaci�n Masacre"...
Movies: Well, this would be a too long list, so I'll just name some recent movies that I really enjoyed: Mullholand Drive, Donnie Darko, Der Utergang... And the list could go on and on, after all I want to be a filmmaker myself.

Played any other ARGs? Which? Nope. Never, none. But I'm doing my own with a friend of mine; a very different subject that the Slender mythos, and a very original idea, I think. It will be the first in my country (Argentina).

How did you get into Marble Hornets?

My best friend's older brother showed us all of Season One during the seven month break. Before we knew it, we were checking youtube constantly for new Entries.

Favorite books/movies/games etc?

I don't usually read, but when I do... My favorite movies are usually of the animated variety, and my favorite games are, to name a few: Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, Legend of Zelda, Pokemon, Halo, Portal, and Mirror's Edge.

Played any other ARGs? Which?

I keep track of a lot of ARGs in the Slenderman Mythos, including MH, EMH, TT, and a lot of the smaller Vlogs.

A wooden chair. Not my first choice, but I could either start a fire, or break pieces off to make some stakes. Don't know how that helps against ol' faceless...

How did you get into Marble Hornets?

summer 2010 friend was talking to me and another friend about it when we were walking around the woods and it seemed pretty scary so we looked it up together and got freaked out as crap

Favorite books/movies/games etc?

books: i don't read much anymore. i loved the eragon series and harry potter
movies/tv: inception, forever strong, big fish, etc i'm not too much of a movie guy but i enjoy most good ones. i also love watching my little pony
games: i'm not a gamer at all, i love all the burnout games though and need for speed hot pursuit. yeah i love racing games.
music: folk, indie/synth pop, indie rock (passion pit, phoenix, iron & wine, sufjan stevens, etc)
