Hi Zobot. Updates are usually on Monday. There's a new vid titled destinations with the blue-eyed bunny to view.
"hidden text on the destinations page"
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
"hunger dwells within the water". And there are a few flashing phrases/images in the vid itself.

*Does the bunny hop that Tres jumps in* Is our blue-eyed bunny down a mine shaft, one of Bishop's? And from SA News . 1951 is the year Bishop was murdered.

These are the best shots I could get for what you saw. I think the phrase is "WHITE SANDS"

Freaky stuff...
I'm just gonna speculate here, you guys have probably already figured this out and if you have feel free to ignore me, but I'm pretty sure the "Snowflake" appellation we've seen refers specifically to unique individuals. "No two snowflakes are alike" and all that, even if scientifically that statement's incorrect.
Working off of that, one can presume that such is not the case for the different "Types". The conversation we've seen between MG and the other G's, if we can assume them to be types (Given that they're all of the same Clade that seems a reasonable assumption to make) implies that there's at least some level of autonomy within at least their type. Otherwise, what would be the point of that conversation even existing?
Building off the insect theme, I'd tentatively liken the different types to different castes of insects, like ants. Technically a worker ant is an individual unit, but there's not really much difference between one worker ant and another of the same species so in that sense they're the same creature.
That has disturbing implications, expectantly if the "Water" is what made the types originally, which may possibly have been the case. We've seen statements on the creepier parts of these websites that going into "the water" has bizarre effects on people and which hinted at exactly that conclusion. I think whatever the water does to people, it most likely is what caused the different Types as well. If the water has the ability to revivify dead tissue as well, then suddenly the Gardener's Reclamation makes sense, in purpose if not in motive. (it explains the what and how but not the why) I'm guessing Bishop has found some way of using the Water to a different purpose given the website we found.
There's still a lot of unanswered questions. Where did these spores come from? What's with the diseases we've seen reference to and the quarantine? To say nothing about what the Mother is and where it came from. But we're still midway through the game, so there's no doubt in my mind we'll find out more soon.
Anyway, sorry to ramble on people. I hope this at least helps someone, but at least it helped me.

Although I haven't gotten a better screenie of that two posts above, I did catch that it says on the left side batteries in sponson. Sponson is defined by dictionary.com as: a structure projecting from the side or main deck of a vessel to support a gun or the outer edge of a paddle box; a buoyant appendage at the gunwale of a canoe to resist capsizing; or a protuberance at the side of a flying-boat hull, designed to increase lateral stability in the water.

That you for the excellent screencap booba. Your surmise of bathysphere seems right on as this wiki page mentions also mentions a 400 lb hatch. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bathysphere

Clever Booba! Your & Tres' findings began my search of a dozen Deep Submergence Vehicles with no joy 'til I googled "undersea sphere barton" and saw this one.
