 		Hmm, I would like to say no. I think they couldn't get a shot with virtually no one around, so they did the best they could.

 		Re-watched #52 and realized that Jay was wearing his chest-cam while also holding his hand-cam(?).

This has probably already been pointed out, but #29 probably happened between the time he encountered the Operator and the time he went to bed, telling by him having both cameras in both videos.

Maybe he went to Rosswood to attempt to do something to stop the Operator, or maybe was teleported? He somehow had to know that when he went to bed, his memory would be erased, so he left himself crap to help him remember.

Yep, the general concensus (wat-ever it spells) is that Jay may have teleported back into Rosewood when he was Slendy-fucked. But there are two things, as I remember, which disregard this theory:
1) Slendy showed up at night. Regardless, it's almost night during #29: easily explained by teleportation itself, obviously.
2) The clothes. The goddamn clothes. They don't match. And that really bothers me. Troseph has showed to be extremely thoughtful of details; you can see Jay's wearing the same red shirt in #27 as in #52, and they double showed it because of the wait for the hood for #48 (may be the wrong Entry number). So I get lost there. I don't know if they just made a continuity error... or if it's on purpose... I just don't know. I'll wait to take my conclutions on this precise point.

It's possible that Jay had changed clothes before capturing the footage in Entry 29. To do so, he'd need to be in the past for a long period of time, and would need to have the drive to want to change clothes.

Time: Not only did Jay capture that footage, but he also uploaded it to his laptop, cut it together, rendered it, and saved it. That process would take quite a while (at least an hour?), so it seems like he was out longer than just a few minutes.

Drive: His ability to perform normal actions (such as editing footage, and the actions we see him perform while "sleepwalking" in season 1) make me think he would be capable of changing clothes while under the Operator's influence.

Speaking of time travel, this discussion reminds me of the pre-Season-2 twitpics which I feel like haven't been explained yet. Whoever posted them knew when Jay's encounter with the Operator would take place, and had the time to take photos, edit them, and post them at various times on Jay's twitter feed. The timing of the posts make me think they were posted in order by someone who was waiting in the past (rather than someone who was flicking around time). This could indicate that time travel "victims" stay in past timelines for a while. It's such conjecture I feel bad posting it Razz but I figured it was worth mentioning.

Why would he? I mean, he gets attacked by Oppy, wakes up, changes clothes and takes a run in the park? And then, he came back and changed them back? (You can see Jay using the same shirts in #52 and #27)
Not trying to disregard your speculation, it's just that it needs too much speculation and some things taken for granted.

He did uploaded it, yeah, and named it "noentry", but that's it. As far as we know, Jay didn't edited anything, he just found the video the way it is. I'm guessing Slendy-distortion only leaved that minute and a half as the only thing watchable, specially considering it was the chest cam, which is digital, and not his camcorder, wich uses tapes.

I'm not really sure about this. First, again, why would he drive to Rosswood? If you explain it with teleportation, it wouldn't leave free time to Jay to change clothes.
Of course, this is only placing #29 with the information we know at this point, and taking for granted that there's no other information we should know (which would be revealed in S3)

I allways considered those twitpics (although I don't really remember them much) simply advertising. Something like "Hey, S2 is coming out!". I never gave them too many importance more than that.

 		...okay so did nobody else notice Jessica saying "I had to kill Amy."? It's right around the 7:23 mark in the entry, just as Jessica's leaving she goes "Alright I'm going to go check in." and then immediately after "I had to kill Amy."
