For those who got the Halloween seal... did you have to go to the seal page, itself?
I just refreshed the site in my browser on the 31st and assumed it'd work like all the other date-based seals. I admit, I thought it was odd that it didn't offer a congratulations message of some kind.
Even If I hadn't refreshed, I would have expected my WebMon application to pick it up.

I had been logged out of TMT for a couple of days. When I logged in Monday, I got the seal pop-up. I think you can also earn the seal by clicking any link on TMT on that day.

So, I go to the site on Halloween and don't get that seal yet WebMon, alone, triggers the time change seal? Go figure.
