You could try:
searching this site for "Effin Cloud Services" and / or "Effin' Cloud Services" and reading the hints…
OR
short and simple:
(assuming you have the 'right' numbers) work out how to translate them into a 'word or phrase'
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
although calling the answer a 'word or phrase' stretches the definition quite a bit

was more helpful…
…of course you still need to figure out how to divide the digits before translating them to get the answer

FYI, The answer is not actually English words, OK.
The obvious thing I wonder at this point is if you are working with the right numbers. (If you are translating the wrong thing into digits, how you divide the digits into groups and translate the groups into an answer won't matter.)
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The exchange between 'N' & 'P' -- taken literally -- will at least tell you how long the answer is.

Don't understand how you got 196.
Yep
Maybe you're using a non-standard keyboard?

Try decrypting the symbols using this image

Ignore everything but:
medium spoiler
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
!%/!# &/@# @)/^
On a standard keyboard you have:

1! 2@ 3# 4$ 5% 6^ 7& 8* 9( 0)
Then:
