It's probably taken so long because they want more traffic or they want to allow more chance for people to discover / finish the game. The longer they wait, the more people they can send the gifts out to at once.

yea burn, i'm with you. looks like the game is most likely dead. Everyone was so excited for the reward, at this point if it's just something small like a pack of game i am going to be so amused.
