Performing a reverse directory lookup on the telephone number for Cypher-Systems (425-223-5555) resulted in no information. Googling the telephone number led me to this page:

That page is apparently no longer available, but is cached at:

425 is a valid area code for Washington State (Washington: North Tier - Everett, Bellevue (split from 206, see also 253; overly 564)).
