 		 [Trailhead?] Sons of Sam
Was Who is the true Sam?
I got a hushmail with the subject A1177. I first thought it was related to the "I got a letter in the mail"-thread due to it being the same form of communication, but was quickly set straight.

The security question is: Who is the true Sam? I need to answer it correctly to get to read the email.


If this is part of a currently running game I have no idea which one, and I need some uF brainpower to figure who the true Sam is. So new thread it is.
I have four attempts left (had to try Merlotte Smile). And if anyone recognizes this as belonging in another arg, please let me know.

This is a long short..but maybe try Nathan Berkowitz? There is a letter at the bottom of this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Berkowitz . That, to me, seems that his fatherNathan..helped create the Son f Sam.

Hope that made sense.

 		Apparently, David Berkowitz's birth name prior to adoption was Richard David Falco.

 		So he showed and I got most of the story.

My pre-chat instructions were delivered via email and read as follows:

On Nov 1st, a Jane Doe was found hanging from a bridge. Edward x and Jeff x discovered the body and reported it to the police. It was deemed a suicide: no defense wounds, the angle of the rope, ect.

However, there is suspicion that one or both of them tampered with the scene somehow.

Jeff recently dropped out of school and is unable to be contacted, for unknown reasons. Edward, however, is still trying to contact Jeff through their old chatroom. Your job will be to take on Jeff's role and do whatever you deem fit to help discover what was taken, if anything.

The rest is in your hands now.

I do apologize, for the-- adjustment-- in protocol. (You must be purged) Usually this is done over a period of a few days-- we must accelerate the procedure.


I uploaded the chat here.
(Edward is TheFletcher/StupidPhone, I am themonster pretending to be his buddy Jeff.)

tl;dr: Edward and Jeff found the rotten body of Jane Doe hanging from a bridge, and taped to the railing next to it was an envelope with a picture of Edwards face glued to the outside. Inside was an empty cd with Eds' name on it. The boys took it before they called 911. The cd is still in Eds backpack, and he is concidering taking it to the liberary computers, since he doesn't want to load it unto his own.
Ed then got a second envelope with a phone in, and the instructions to meet his friend Jeff in this chatroom. Turned out chatting through the delivered phone was the only way for him to chat.
Towards the end of the chat his user was highjacked by username thewordreversed, asking us to see the world through his eyes.


I am assuming whomever asked me to pretend to be Jeff is the same person who told Edward that Jeff was to be found in this chatroom, and possibly the person leaving the cd on the crime scene. I have emailed back asking a bunch of questions in return for my coorperation.

I also think gonna contact poor Edward and fess up. He's gonna be maaad. But first: Cheese sandwich with dijon mustard.
