Sorry guys, didn't update here, been following at SuperHeroHype. About 10 minutes before OperationEarlyBird hit 0, http://thedarkknightrises.com updated to include an audio broadcast Number Station style listing off coordinate pairs. The recording appears to be approximately 30 minutes long so there are a ton of pairs. The recordings are being loaded from a webpage http://7202012.com/numbers.

When the map came active it was initially blank, we began entering pairs from the recording which populated the indicators on the map. I'm sure we're still missing a bunch of locations, they should continue to pop up.

The locations are IMAX theaters showing an advanced screening of the Prologue, with a link to get free tickets. If you know of an IMAX theater near you that's not appearing, check out the audio or try playing around with your theaters lat-lon.

Uh...... thanks?

You're welcome?

Also, ongoing verified locations appear to be stored in a file called Magnus.js stored in the js folder. Any thoughts on the usage of Magnus as the filename?

Edit: Dr Will Magnus from the DC Universe?

Also, looks like they commented out the part of the HTML that processes the coordinates, so no more theaters I guess...

Sorry if this is troutable, but am I mistaken in understanding that the prologue is the first seven minutes of the movie that will eventually be paired with early IMAX showings of Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol?

In this instance, it's just the prologue. But starting on Thursday night, certain theaters will show the prologue before Mission: Impossible.

The Dark KNight Rises official site has now become a number station, going to try and see what i can pull form it
They were just co ords for the theatres that were entered into the bottom of the map. While the numbers station is hella cool, it served it's purpose a bit quick. Trout

yep, after trying multiple times, i decided to leave work and try from home, I got home about 1pm AZ time, The AZ mills screening was showing green on the operationearlybird website, and sadly no more tickets left. OH well, I will see the prologue next Friday when we go see MIGP. These days the traffic and the number of players triple and quadruple what was there for TDK etc, and I would like to think who ever is running the game or the promo to bulk up the websites in a way that they don't crash.

A new picture

Now sure if it's relevant to any ongoing ARG details we have but The Dark Knight Rises website has been updated to show a different picture now.

Nice catch on the site update, just came over to post about it.

File name of the new poster is Magnus_Mask_Dom_RGB. Another Magnus reference...

I saw it but didn't quite catch what it was. I was riding the high at the time. I'll look for a pirate online, see if I can't find anything. Still, awesome.
