I'm so stupid! I got stuck for half an hour because it didn't occur to me that the obvious

I alphanumerized and got seven letters but they don't make any sense and don't form any sort of anagram. Am i doing something wrong? Letters in the next spoiler, beware

OMG...thank you. I can't believe I missed that. I shouldn't do these so late at night.

Are there red and green words in this puzzle? I'm colorblind and I think there must be an extra letter I'm not seeing, I think I might be combining them.

The colored words, in order, are: altitude, intended, foresight, before, attention, to, magnitude, fate, tonight, pretend, to, elated, wonder, to, someones, fortitude, tenderly, foreground, tension, once.

Since red and green are indistinguishable for you... Here are all the colors, in order:
Code:
altitude  [Red]
intended  [Violet]
foresight [Red]
before    [Blue]
attention [Green]
to        [Blue]
magnitude [Tan]
fate      [Gray]
tonight   [Pink]
pretend   [Green]
to        [Pink]
elated    [Tan]
wonder    [Violet]
to        [Blue]
someones  [Pink]
fortitude [Gray]
tenderly  [Tan]
foreground[Violet]
tension   [Blue]
Once      [Tan]

This one's been bugging me for awhile now. I am not making the connection.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I've got 20 (maybe 21) numbers, but I can not for the life of me figure out how to use them.

I also don't get the relevance of the colours.

Think about what a group of words all being one color might be indicating.
Also think about the

simplest way of turnng numbers into letters and what sort of numbers you've gotten already.

Rogi, Thanks for listing the colors. I'm color deficient, too, and came up with only 4 colors. I might be able to figure this out now. I think M should allow for color challenged people.
