 		I think they will go for something REALLY unexpected.

Like, for example, just reboot the series from day one and have the kids post "Exercise Video Series 2.0", only to be caught up by their Candle-IDs and the monsters in the process, and use that as the ending... or something similar.

Pretty much bang on. You guys can make all the excuses for the EMH creators that you want, but HookerPunch definitely 'knows what he's talking about'.

Honestly we don't know if Steph and Alex said fuck it or if there was some reason for them to be written out, but this series is very ambitious and complex. One of the only series, I would say, that delving into the alternate media is essential.

It's fantastic they tried to pull that off, but I think most people would rather have a less ambitious series that posts regular updates than a huge wait. If I have to go to other series for content, I'm probably not going to care all that much about the series that has a lack of content.

e: TribeTwelve is a good example of how to properly handle waits, there are at least IG twitters on a semi-regular basis when there's a wait. Like I said, 5 seconds to post something.

 		The EMH crew has constantly produced amazing videos, so they defiantly deserve a break. But I just think this is sort of a bad way to go about it. Just leaving us hanging without any indication of what's going on. I mean, when the Marble Hornets guys took breaks, they at least let us know they were alive...
As someone who hasn't ever personally communicated with the EMH guys and seen their dedication, it doesn't seem impossible that they got bored and gave up. I'm taking other peoples word that they're still with this series.

Alex's death was foreshadowed pretty much from his first appearance. There have been so many hints that he was dying I wondered why he was around as long as he was more than feeling like he left early.

And where did anyone get the idea that Steph was written out? She was never a major player, she's always been just at the periphery. There is no reason to expect that she won't pop up again.

There has only been one legit "written out" moment in the series, and that happened back when things were happening rapidly so no one really cared/noticed.

OOG Jeff recently denied having given up on EMH, so I think we can put our fears to rest on that score.

That said, he provided no explanation for the current hiatus.

They're not "excuses for the EMH creators," they're explanations for why that post doesn't have any substantial evidence for its claim. It relies on the long break, which could be interpreted several different ways, & huge leaps in logic about the motivations for the real life cast. That's never solid ground to build an argument on.

Dude, it's not an english essay here. There's not 'many ways to interpret' leaving a series hanging with no message easily accessible to those who follow it.
