I wonder if the camera holder is Daniel... he's the only other character floating around who hasn't been disappeared or "deaded" yet.

I don't think it's Steph because the derogatory phrases HABIT called the cameraperson seemed more masculine in nature.

Although I had a bad moment when I wondered if the two squatters he was referring to might be Steph and her baby...

I bet Jeff is still with HABIT, he just hasn't "shipped" him to their new location. I'm sure he's been saving him for a big spectacle. Wonder what music he will use...

It can't be Green Feathers. He was going to have a knife fight with Green Feathers.

Somehow I feel he is referring to Evan when he says "numbnuts". Technically Evan is the one helping him "clear out" the place, and he mentions both Vinny and Jeff in the description.

Besides, I like the idea of the Rake being reduced to camera duty now that HABIT has his perfect shell that he can use to kill and torture people himself.

I'm pretty sure numbnuts refers to whoever/whatever was filming, since HABvan kept having to boss the camera-person around.

Wasn't the cameraman a bit tall to be the Rake?
Also, I imagine we would have heard Rake-like noises if it was the Rake filming.
