I didn't particularly mean I think Evan killed Jessie; there's an outside chance he did, but I highly doubt it. 

I was moreso considering the possibility of a third entity in the house with Evan and the Rake.  I realize it sounds like a wild guess, but there's that errant "they"... And I'm flashing back to the scene at Lexie's house, with that as-yet-unaccounted-for scream. Both make nice fertilizer for an epileptic tree I'm cultivating. 

Wild theories aside, the simplest explanation is it's Jessie's blood, transferred to Evan after the fight. Evan finds the scene, chase ensues, Rake's sent out the window, then Evan runs down to check for any signs of life. But then, who was chasing who? We've seen the Rake set traps before. Did it ambush Evan? Or did Evan stumble onto the scene, then, in a state of inHABITation, rush the Rake, who recognized Evan's state and took off? 

Does it even matter?

Forgive me if this has already been suggested because I'm sure it probably has, but I'm thinking Vinnie actually did die in the last video. Slenderman has the ability to keep people alive when they should have already died, maybe he can bring people back as well?

Okay, I've got a theory here.
We've seen the Rake do stuff seemingly on HABIT's orders. We've seen the Slender Man scare the Rake away. We've seen HABIT's victims being kept alive by Slender Man.
How do we consolidate the relationship between HABIT and the Rake with the relationship between HABIT and Slendy?

What if the three are involved in some kind of drama triangle that revolves around the Hybrids? Each of them has their own motives and their own uses for them, and they may team up or betray each other at any time.
Possible motivations:
Slender man wants them alive (for whatever reason),
Habit wants them dead at some point,
The Rake wants to impede their progress and cares little about whether they live or die.

I, too, don't think Vinny was being emotionless. I think he was badly hurt to the point of having passed out once already, and exhausted emotionally and physically. Losing everybody you care about would be incredibly traumatizing, and to a point there's only so much you can take.

He did pass out at the end of the video, so i'm guessing he wasn't thinking straight and was seriously wounded the entire time.

People checking the map two blue circles and two red circles on the map could this mean two girls and two boys. Female killed at blue circle prehaps the colors means nothing but like then why have different colors.
Think plus missing Jessa, possible girl killed by rake, Nick, and Ryan could they be they be any of the said circles on the map. By the way the map and plots have been discuss with Jeff Abrams and yet we are Lost pun check.

So, just wanted to share something I noticed when reviewing the Halloween footage, specifically the sections concerning Vince. Don't know if it was ever covered, probably was.

Vince's sections of the Halloween footage, when he's visited by Slenderman, are filmed in a security camera style, like the kind seen in Jeff's house after Alex is scratched by the Rake and in Evan's house when he notices the pinhole cameras.

The thing is, the security camera footage at Vince's house is all kinds of messed up while the footage from Jeff and Evan's is clear. At first I thought this was because Slenderman was in Vince's place and not the others, except that when Slenderman enters the frame, THEN does his normal, glitchy distortions set in, on top of the already present distortions of the footage.

I wonder if maybe the low quality of footage from Vince's house suggests those cameras were installed by someone other than the one to place cameras in Evan's and Jeff's place. I know the whole "Vince is the spy" thing got tossed around and, if that theory holds, this might be more evidence for it.
