Great write-up Bruce!

Another easter egg I found is in the 'Inmates of Alcatraz Book Commercial' from the docscomics.tumblr.com.
The quick montage near the end, at 0:29, has the Alcatraz lighthouse with the number 256, representing the number of inmates that were transferred (disappeared) from the island.

Awesome people. I'm following it. Even if it wouldn't be an ARG, but rather a transmedial enhancement of the story, it looks awesome (including Docs twitter).

I just have to find out, how I could watch AlcatraZ here from Germany...

Hi kosmo!

Can you access this FOX site http://www.fox.com/alcatraz/recaps/season-1/episode-3 ? The delay stinks - but episodes are available to everyone for online viewing 8 days after TV broadcast. Once you click on the episode title on the left menu you can choose to view it.

Over here with Comcast cable/internet I can view without the delay - maybe there's an internet service in Germany that offers the same.

Hmmm, i missed this on the website. I found this posted over at argnet:

Sounds like it will be a pretty fun game if you're in SF! I'll be playing it from afar Smile

Now we've just gotta figure out how to resize/blow up the image without distorting it so we can scan it.

I hope it doesn't just link to a generic TV show site after all of this digging.

My guess is that it will lead to specific info on the inmate inside that specific cell. Maybe we'll see more QR codes on other cell doors in the future......

I found interesting, either it's a parallel universe, or for some another reason, there is an "another" google in AlcatraZ-Universe. (Look at the parts of the doodle, which begins with some letter like "l" or "f")

And more: look at the URLs!
