The fewer topics there are, the more difficult keeping up with each conversation becomes on account of how quickly posts accumulate. Sometimes the finer points need their own topics, sometimes they don't. This particular topic has generated enough discussion to be considered valid, and users in the past have asked (and in some cases demanded) others to not have big discussions in the tweet thread because they subscribe to it and don't want constant notifications for nothing. Whether or not these are valid requests is a different story, but it does happen. Really, I think threads such as the Season 2 general thread are the worst kinds of topics to have on a forum that's already devoted to the subject that is being condensed even further into a singular topic. The way to minimize the "shit posts" is through notifying moderators via PM of such things, mods who are, in turn, around enough to do something about it.

maybe i should have said "a post with no content" instead. coherent thoughts are not shit posts. they may be angsty posts, but that is not the same as a shitpost.

Pravado, please Since the day I started looking at this forum, you've done nothing but complain that people aren't using the forum right and aren't being helpful, when in reality, that's all you're doing. And what do you have against Tharol so much that you have to mention your hatred for him in almost every post? He's just like the rest of us, he wants to talk about the series and have fun. That's what the forum is here for, right? We don't need to overreact about people not following the textbook word for word, okay? The nerve of some people...

well i'm done posting about it. enjoy your topics full of lack of content, i'm finished with trying to regain what little relevance this board has left. it's the same kind of stupid "preteen humor" that exists in every topic on here that caused more than half of the userbase to up and leave to interplosion, i might just do the same to spare you all the predetermined rage. consider it a late christmas present.

i'm still going to post theories, but i'm officially resigning from posting in anything but official entry topics anymore. tired of this.

Sorry to say, got nothing against you personally, but the fact that this thread does not suffer from a lack of content to justify the amount of time you've spent decrying it speaks volumes about the lack of validity of your complaints. I think you're taking this place too seriously and finding problems where there are none. Relax and have fun, that's primarily what the forum is for.

This. That's what I was trying to say. The forum is for fun, and I never thought we've needed a list of rules to be strictly followed. And if pravado likes Interplosion better, than what's stopping him from leaving here? Be it pravado, Tharol, SecretPerson, you, me, if they want to leave, then they will. We're not stopping them.

With all this discussion of (mostly) yours, you have actually made it happen. You were "complaining" about how useless these threads are and all, while, untill then, the discussion had some interesting points and had enough to be considered a valid thread, like Geneaux said... So yeah, I think you'll get my point... No need for raging in threads every once in a while. It's not a big deal.

EDIT: Still, I understand what you mean. I sometimes find Tharol annoying. Because come on, you don't need to post in every thread after every answer... sometimes I see he's is the newest post and I don't even bother reading the thread, because I know it will be him saying something a-la-Tharol.

Regardless, you don't see me bitching in 1 of 3 threads about it, and I had never came with that critic against Tharol untill now, just because it not that bad. You talk about people getting offended by words in their screens when you are the only one who actually looks like it...

Oh, and one more thing: Tharol, if you're reading this, take this as a personal request from me and as a constructive criticism to you: you don't need to answer every post Don't take this the wrong way, and I don't want to start an argument. Just wanted to estate my position.
