Second trail head I've found and posted. This one is very personal and specific, though.

 		that song is by a group called king crimson, the crimson king is also a character in stephen king's dark tower series. don't know if that's relevant

 		The first thing that came to my mind was either second 1:39, or second 2:03 (the 139th second on the song).

Also, it seems to me that this is a non-modified MP3 file...

Yeah, get this though. It was originally beat your swords into plowshares, as in, turn your weapons into a tool of peace. He wants us to turn that back into swords...so he wants us to fight something?

I've been listening to it repeatedly as well... Only thing that I can say, just guessing, is either the Black Queen or the Fire Witch... because on minute 1:39 it's close to mentioning the queen, and around minute 2:30 it's the interlude called Return of the Fire Witch.

Again, I'm just guessing. And it is a very very long shot.

EDIT: On further research, it seems I misplaced the interlude, it's not on 2:31. So, I go with the Black Queen, she is mentioned "chanting the funeral march" exactly on 1:39.
