Hmm...there could be several explanations.

1.) Connor was mindwiped at some point and he's struggling to remember.
2.) Slendy has been stalking Connor a lot lately, and Connor is hesitant to do anything else to annoy the Tall Pale and Faceless one.
3.) Connor knows terrible things about Stan and is hesitant to tell Stan about them.
4.) Connor is also a proxy.
On that note...
5.) Connor is WMC. WMC wants Stan to continue harassing him for...whatever reason. (It must be noted that WMC seems to think that whatever Stan is supposed to find might help him out as well, since he indicated he was in as much danger as Stan over the park clue.)

I, however, like this theory best:

Connor is aware he is in a Slender Vlog and is genre savvy enough to know that minor characters who are stalked by Slender Man tend to have bad fates. Therefore he is trying to get Stan to leave him alone so he can leave the Vlog.

All right, so Stan sounds vaguely creepy, and WMC has dropped all pretense of being cryptic and has gone to straight up swearing at Stan like a normal person.

I just...

What happened?!

Is that even WMC? Is that even Stan? Is it Opposite Day for everyone? Is WMC really Connor and just had his head knocked straight?

The fact that Kevin knew about WMC's location flew RIGHT over my head... Wow.

But yeah, it is strange; Kevin hasn't been physically seen/heard since "6. First Day of Shooting", and is only referenced once or twice on Twitter and in later updates...

How could he have possibly figured it out? Unless Kevin is, indeed, much more involved in this than we previously thought.

The response has me both surprised and annoyed with both Stan and WMC. Part of me wanted to see Stan complete the puzzle, but due to his tweets beforehand, it seemed like he was getting nowhere and losing patience.

I mean, even though he got Loretta back, the main thing he "accomplished" was just giving himself a new threat. That felt like poor decision-making in my mind.

And WMC is no less to blame; the amount of DEEP cryptic messages he made only confused Stan more and more, so of COURSE Stan would get pissed at him for not giving Loretta back.

It's obvious that both of them want to protect her... IS THAT SO HARD?

I think it is pretty hard if you've got an eldritch horror screwing with your minds...

I really do wonder what this whole thing with Loretta is about. I mean, yeah, protecting a kid, but WMC just really flipped out there. Does he have some sort of prior connection to Loretta, or what?

And will Loretta be able to tell us much at all about him?

I'm so confused.

How am I supposed to sleep when I'm this confused?
