Okay. Now to watch it.

Holy shit. I mean, I had a feeling it was Kevin that was killed, but that was crazy. The area that Stan ended up in kind of looks like the 'Creek'.

Also, Stan had a brother? That's an interesting point that he NEVER addressed. I'm starting to think that his brother was taken by Slendy, so that whole theory that Slendy was after Stan because of Loretta might be going out the window.

This is at LEAST the third time Stan has acted maniacally creepy at the end of the video.

But Kevin being killed... I feel like there was so much he knew about, but now that he's dead, he could never share. I mean, he found out where WeMustCollect was hiding and was missing for ten videos between that point and the encounter in "6. First Day of Shooting". What else could ha have known?

And finally, WMC's clue. "There is a liar among you", I think?

I'm leaning towards Ben. That secretive thing that he did in the 17th video makes me feel like he's hiding more than we think.

Not surprised by Kevin's death, but now we still have no idea what he knew. Argh! Also, I'm going to guess Slendy had something to do with Stan's brother. That's an...interesting twist.


On the note of why Slendy came after Stan in the first place, I was questioning why it had to do with Loretta, because there was distortion in the first video, indicating Slendy's presence.

SO MUCH QUESTIONS.

On an entirely different note, I do wonder if Stan has asked Loretta anything at all about her time as WMC's...prisoner....guest...whatever. Surely she would tell him if she knew anything...

I always thought that the distortion in the first video was because Stan was RIGHT next door to Loretta, and that his "range" of interference affected Stan's camera from next door. Kind of a weird theory, but whatever.

Slendy seems to be pretty decent at body disposal, so long as he doesn't get the whim to hang them in trees and steal their organs. It's a hazard of hiring him.

Holy plot twist, Batman!

How is Stan going to explain all that? Will he be implicated? Will the cops think this is a prank gone terribly wrong?

And oh God...did they get the Connor tape???

Yeah, I think he was calling 911 when the body was taken, so I assume he told them that the body was gone when he went back to it. Or something.

Now, I wonder is the cop thing going to affect this at all? I.E. will they obstruct? Are they aware, such as in other mythos stories, of the Slender Man?

Of course, I would say Stan will be off the hook once they find out he hasn't talked to Kevin until Kevin himself called him (as they'll see on his phone). Therefore it's probably questioning about "SON JUST WHAT IN THE HELL".

Or Stan is kidnapped by government agents and never heard from again. Cool

Honestly, I feel like there would be a much greater investigation done by the cops, because either 1) they dismissed slendy as a hoax, some prank, and then Stan is the logical person to blame for Kevin's death in that case or 2) there's some crazy fucking monster out there and something should probably be done about it. still, I do like the overall integration of police into the story. definitely adds to the realism of the situation

I think the reason they can't blame Stan is because Stan's phone would show that Kevin called him, and that Stan had no contact with Kevin up until then, not to mention other friends saying they hadn't heard from Kevin either. If anything they would think Stan too is a victim of some horrible prank by WMC.

On the other hand, the police could be fully aware of what's happening, and be part of the Massive Government Coverup TM .

Confused

Sounds like someone else is going to bite it quite soon. Guessing it's a toss up between Ben and Susan, unless WMC has decided this whole "save the little girl" thing is soooo last month.

Perhaps WMC will injure himself making homemade fireworks and be put out of commission for a while.

Really, Stan? Wow. I was in agreeance over the idea that the lack of evidence would "clear your name", but you seriously gave the police a false name? FOR SHAME, STAN. That just gives them more of a reason to be suspicious. I mean, it KIND OF makes sense, possibly... If the cops found the tapes online, he could get in trouble for posting clips of his friends' dead bodies on-camera, so he used a fake name so they wouldn't look up "Stan Frederick" and be bombarded with videos/a Twitter account full of evidence and now-public information. Regardless, Stan is kind of digging his own grave at this point, both with WMC/Slendy and the authorities.

Oh, and being that I haven't been keeping up with earlier posts, I'm going to take this time to post as many theories/expectancies as I can think of.

1. Since WMC said that "THE LIES END SOON", I have a feeling that the next video will probably reveal the identity of the "liar" hinted at in the last entry. My bets are still on either Ben or Loretta.

2. The "harvest" thing that WMC mentioned in his newest tweet makes me feel like Loretta is in serious trouble. Maybe because he lost Loretta to Stan, WMC is back on his whole, "BOSS WANTS THE GIRL. OKAY, I CAN DO THAT" phase.

3. Stan should kill Connor. I have no idea how something like that could/would play out, but he killed Kevin and is most likely planning on killing more people, so I say Stan puts on that "crazy face" he's had on in the past few entries and gets rid of WMC. Then again, how would that help against Slendy...? DAMN IT, he can't win.

Things just do not seem good for Stan. And anyone who has to sit and read my obnoxiously long posts.

That wasn't really that long.

Yeah, I think WMC took about a hundred steps back. I think we're seeing CrazyProxy!WMC again. Of course, he could kill Connor, but for all we know WMC might be able to just body hop over to someone else.

Yeah, let's just hope the cops don't look too deeply into the videos...or that there's a genre savvy one whose kid 'watches those scary slender things on the interwebz".
