All right, now that I've had the daylights scared out of me, time to talk.

I gotta say, this is getting better and better. There's plenty of startling distortion, but not enough to make it boring. I like the brief intro to his gf, and that door opening for no reason...yea, that was creepy, and more so because we have NO CLUE why it did that.

Also, I gotta say, the little girl who plays Loretta isn't half bad at acting herself.

@WheresMyArgs: Watched the end twice (I mean who needs sleep anyways) and I didn't see

And yes, I did notice all the related videos were Lizzie McGuire. Does this mean she is the next Slendy-Target? XD

You didn't see them? They start at around 7:08ish, when the screen goes black, and they're, like, SWINGING around behind it. It's like, for 2 seconds. But I'll be damned if those aren't what i think they are. lol

Anyways, the door was actually almost as scary to me as the ending of the video with Slendy; it JUST OPENED. No explanation, and all of that distortion, RIGHT after he said that

 		Hmm...still didn't see them. Although it just occurred to me that they're in a room upstairs, and as far as we know there's nothing below that window....Tall Dark and Scary got a LOT taller apparently... Shocked

 		(DISCLAIMER: If you like this series and are easily offended, please skip this post. I am sure that this series has its merits, and I am aware that I'm not exactly qualified to talk about it (as I have not seen much), but in this case I really want to voice my opinion. I apologize in advance for any negative emotions that this post may cause. Also, I should mention that I am going to revisit this series at some point in time, because I don't want this to be my only impression of a series that might actually be quite good.)

That was the funniest fucking thing I've ever seen in my life! Slendy just looks like a curious little kid, pressing his face up against the glass, like "OOH! What's in HEEERE?" And he has his little mittens on! It's fucking golden! And those tentacles! I know they're hard to make, and I do respect the effort put into them, but if you can't make 'em right, either don't do them or commission someone else who can. They look like they were made in MS Paint...

 		Well, I see where you're coming from. When I looked at Tharol's post about sticking to the surface, and thought about it that way, it wasn't quite so scary...the mittens were the only thing that kept it from being utter nightmare fuel. I've just always had a bizarre paranoia of turning around and seeing someone/thing in the window since before seeing anything about the Slender Man, so this sort of hit the fear button for me.

That said, I do think the series is getting better as it goes. It's picked up some momentum and is branching out onto its own pretty well.

Now, I'm just going to keep pretending he was on a ladder and everything will be okay. Wink

Well, you can have your opinion, dude. I thought they looked kind of badass. The hands were, ugh, weird, but I actually found the encounter itself, and the CONCEPT, unbelievably horrifying. Plus, the tentacles looked cool to me, I ton't know exactly what you mean. It may be important to keep in mind that the creator of this is a 16-year-old kid. In my eyes, it's not bad for a kid. xD

EDIT: The whole "looking like a curious little kid" thing is just... what? xD The first thing that came to mind is that Slendy saw the guy at the window when he came to see him, and went to "attack", or at least to show itself as threatening. In reality, if I ever saw that thing teleport to my window (which, as far as I could tell, has nothing below it to "stand on") and then see it wildly thrashing around tentacles, I'd consider it creepy. Maybe the point is that, since Slendy just wants the girl and Stan's trying to protect her, he's just trying to be threatening, to either drive Stan off or show that he's not afraid to kill him.

I think it has potential, definitely. The creator is seriously invested in this, I've been watching the Twitter and see about 4-6 posts a day from it. Some silly things aside, it's coming along pretty well. My opinion, but... yeah. Smile

...Damn. I'm really starting to like this series. I talk WAY too much about it. regardless, I'm definitely sticking around to see where it goes.

 		So I've finally decided to look through this. It's the least I could do after all the shit I put the OP through at the start.

I'm loving it so far. I've only reached Loretta and watched the first We Must Collect video...but your editing and slenderappearances so far are badass.

 		I agree...very good so far, but I really don't care for wemustcollect to be honest. The jump scares look too forced and kind of take away from the feel of the series.
Also the tentacles on slender man didnt look bad to me, but he did seem to be wearing oven mitts at the window lols still...all in all very good so far -subscribed.
