I wonder if this means that instead of an event that's strung along all day if rather it will be 5 different drops giving out 5 phones per city (plus hoodies of course)? If so, then maybe phone owners get directions for next phase of game ala Why So Serious when the game moves forward again?

Again, just conjecture at this point, we will have to see what NY reports in with.
