Whooooooaaaa. This series is CRAZY, yo. It's got top-notch production, acting, and cinematography, as well as being well-timed and suuuuper freaky. No wonder everyone on this thread is praising it so highly! I had to watch through all of 'em today while working on uni stuff - it totally sucked me in from the first video!

Yeah, I can't get enough of this series. I really wish that there was more activity and the Youtube account had more subscribers. I think it's because there's not a lot to talk about, so far.

The series is really well acted, directed, paced, and shot. I love having a series done in 1080p with a competent camera operator (I'm done even considering anything shot with a Flipcam -- it's awful and makes me feel awful).

I'd post more often if I felt like I had anything remotely intelligent to say...

Anyhoo, observations:

1) twinkly lights off in the darkness, like the ones he and his friend would see in the woods near the church. He even points the camera directly at them a few times. So it's quite likely he's being observed while talking to Mr. Psychic Guy, PhD.

2) So the psychic wants him to drop by his house and pick up a bunch of candles. Once again, candles seem to be fairly important in this series, but why I can't figure out. Summoning? Dispelling? Birthdays?

3) I have a feeling Mark is going to the house anyway and BAD THINGS will ensue. Maybe even Nick will run into him when he goes back.

4) I suspect Mr. Psychic guy does not have Nick's best interest's at heart. "Yeah, kid, just go right back to the super scary haunted house. I sure as hell am NOT coming with you..."
