Actually, my friend, that's the whole issue. They will get packages, but for stupid political reasons they won't let them in. They end up in huge containers in the customhouse (or however it is, I didn't knew the English word, I had to look for it).

Still, I'm not sure about this kind of stuff. My point is that if I can't get the damn DVDs (and I fucking want to), I'd hate to never seeing at least the damn blooper reel because of things I can't control.

Um okay, let's think of one right off the top of my head - when is the last time you got something from someone in cuba??

there are plenty countries that don't allow packages from other countries. try getting something into north korea.

Well, it's not that bad politicaly out here. They're stupid and just thought this:
"Hey, our sales in national industry are not going well! So what do we do? We close our fucking borders so any international product won't get to the markets. That way, people are going to buy stuff made here! OMG WE GENIUS!"

Now, if you ever bought Pringles, you know it's not the same as fucking Lays or some other (if there's even Lays in USA, or if they are the same as here, escapes my knowledge). In fact, my girlfriend's present for my birthday last February was two Pringles, since they are running low in my city.
Besides, you don't have to be a damn economist to know that a product won't get better or even make more money if they don't have any competition; they'll be worse than before ("why bother? If they want chips, I'm the only manufacturer") and even more expensive ("I'm the only manufacturer, prices as I want them to be!")...

Now, OK, although it is a very stupid idea (If I want Pringles I won't buy Lays instead because there are no Pringles), I can understand it when it comes to examples like this one... But who the fuck is going to give me a fucking Marble Hornets DVD made in this country?! It's just plain stupid. No other way to call it.

Sorry for the off-topic and the adult language, but who but you guys could understand the frustration I feel at this moment? Imagine yourselves in this situation.

 		Got my DVD today. Awesome stuff. Awesome commentary, cool extras, improved all around from the first.

That 'Alex Kralie's Marble Hornets' trailer is the funniest thing Troy and co. have done, in my opinion. It was nice to see lots of Brian and even Sarah. Sarah's presence in this means her actress is still available for canon appearances, too, so hopefully they can do what they said they wanted at GMX, and explain all the season 1 crew's fate. Smile

If I had to describe my feeling succinctly, I guess I'd have to say the DVD is a lot like four balls on the edge of a cliff.

 		Just ordered the DVD today, in the end I buy them to give the guys support, even though I thought Season 1 was far better as a series of videos than a large chunk of Season 2. Hell might even re-watch season 1 tonight!

Anyway, Chemicalfire, I'm also in the UK, Scotland to be exact. When the site says to select International under the shipment method, it dosen't let me do anything as it says I still have to select a state, which are all in America...

Would you mind walking me through exactly how your ordered the DVD (if you can remember), please?

 		Purchased both boxed sets on the 9th, still awaiting them in the mail. :/ So pumped to have them in my collection. It's honestly not that often I buy movies/tv related content, as I am predominately a gamer, but when I do, it's because it's quality that I believe in.

 		Long time lurker, brand new to this posting in the forums thing.

I had a thought while I was watching the DVD. I'm not sure if I even agree with this, but it's something to consider I suppose. In the special features rehearsal video of Entry #45, they make a disclaimer saying along the lines of "Just because Troy is playing Hoody for this shot does not mean Jay is Hoody, or he could be who knows." To me, that means they would be able to use Troy's name freely, without censoring anything, since they made the disclaimer. Since they *bleeped* out a name, I feel like that would mean the name wasn't Troy/Jay, which would cross Jay off for being Hoody.

Of course, even if they did say Troy/Jay, they still could have *bleeped* it out just to keep us on our toes.

I'm not really going anywhere with this, it was just something I noticed. I hope this makes sense. I don't really know how to explain it well.

 		There's no way Jay can be Hoody---it seems really unlikely that he would haul ass away from the Operator, put a mask on, pick his camera back up, walk leisurely back to his car, put the camera inside, casually walk back into the woods, take the mask off, start running again, become exhausted, sit down to rest, then walk back to the car to be surprised at the camera being inside

 		Ahaha. Yeah, I don't really think Jay is Hoody either, I just know the idea has been thrown around a few times. Though it would be impressive on his end to keep that up.
