The physical properties of polyurethane/graphite nanosheets/carbon black foaming conducting nanocomposites

Using polyester polyol and diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) as basic component, and using graphite nanosheets (GN) and carbon black (CB) as conductive filler, polyurethane/graphite nanosheets/carbon black foaming conducting nanocomposites have been prepared by filling mold curing reaction. The morphology, electrical properties and mechanical properties of the prepared PU/GN foams have been investigated. It showed that the percolation threshold effect of PU/GN composite occurred at the content around 12 wt.% of the GN, which was lower than that of carbon black (CB) composite. Besides, PU/GN foams showed much better conductive properties and mechanical properties than that of CB system.

maby this helps?

Graphite - 147 - Pc (form of carbon, redundant to have on a periodic table)

Assuming that by now all of the errors in the resources table have been corrected, there are a few things that stand out in regards to the numbers assigned to each. The five 'fictional' resources can possibly be attributed to the authors assigning arbitrary numbers to them, as can the 'general' resources such as GAS, OIL, WATER and RARE EARTHS. The bits that stand out to me are GRAPHITE and TITANIUM.

Firstly, GRAPHITE is not an element but a compound made almost entirely of carbon, therefore it has no 'true' atomic number. If you had to assign an atomic number to GRAPHITE that number would be the atomic number of carbon which is 6. COAL is very much the same thing - a compound made almost entirely of carbon. In the Weyland table COAL is correctly assigned the number 6, but GRAPHITE is given the number 147. (Which is the same number given to the fictional element ADAMANTINE. PSshuh?)

Secondly, TITANIUM is an element but its assigned atomic number is completely wrong. It is assigned the number 45, but it should be 22. (45 is atomic number of Rhodium, which is in the table and correct.)

28 of the 37 resources are real world but only 26 of them have correct atomic numbers.

Question

So hello again guys, just finished reading the 10 pages that spawned in the course of what, 10 hours? I don't know.
Anyway, I think we might need a wiki, eventually. This is a huge thread and at least I was used to having a separate subforum where we could focus on specific leads and such, but since we don't have that here, eventually clues are dropped and missed. For example, I haven't seen anyone mentioning this again:

Which is a shame seeing as it's the closest match to the pattern we see in the trailer imo, and instead I've seen people trying to compare it to the Pleiades or Orion, which is far off, the patterns don't match. They don't even have the same amount of stars, for starters. But hey, it could still be wrong, it's just that it shouldn't be dismissed just yet.

I agree that the ones running this ARG have been sloppy, specially considering the way we've solved the clues and how they've been leading us on (which goes against what Damon Lindelof said in the quick interview by /Film, that "we're smart enough to figure things out by ourselves"), but I think this is worth documenting in case things turn out to have a broader scope in the sense of the film's lore.
We already have a lot of clues, particularly related to Sumerian mythology, Alchemy (which I consider crucial for this part of the ARG) and Astronomy, so why don't we take some time to compile all our collective efforts during the past month(s) and see where this is taking us.

More Casual F@#K Ups?
MODULE 2.5 FACT SHEET

At the very bottom of Module 2.5 stated as FACT! [apparently]

PATENTS 3,432,563

from 9,158,239 in 2026 to 3,432,563 at the close of 2073.

is this possible?
Would a company CEO not worry that his companys inovation is (about) 1/3 of what it used to be?

I'm creating one now on wikispaces. com. What do you say? Never tampered with that sort of thing before, but it can't be that hard.

Making private (don't want anybody writing nonsense) for the moment.

unlocking sequence
images

So, solving morse code for WOW image unlocked Weyland Industries Timeline. Then, solving the next two Cosmic Call gave us image 2 and 3 which unlocked Investor Information. (3 of 5 Cosmic Calls)
It follows that Cosmic call 3 and 4 will give us two additional images and unlock the Media Archive?

I'm only acquainted with http://wikidot.com, it's pretty good. They're all very similar anyway.

Yeah, well I just realized I might need more time to do basic things, at the beginning. If one of y'all knows already about this stuff and wants to handle it instead, lemme know.
In the meantime, I'll still look into it

let's not try to confuse a designated patent id number from the number of patents owned by weyland industries. part of those owned patents were not necessarily created by weyland, but also from other activities - such as buying out other entities, buying patent ownerships directly or via lawsuits and whatnot.

When it says "earns patent 9,158,239" or whatever, I take that to mean that it is Weyland's 9,158,239th patent an not a patent number itself, as they wouldn't have commas in them.

Remember...It doesnt say US patent...

This could be anything since the patents are different in the UK (assuming Weyland is UK) than the US.

UK patents are ID'd by a 6 or 7 digit number with a "GB" prefix.

in regards to creating a wiki, perhaps someone should contact wikibruce for assistance?
