It's not a fake I, you can do it, just open it with photoshop and try to tweak the levels, it will appear.

at first, it does look like it was from a screenshot from the website. but independently i've tried to play around with the settings on the weyland financial highlights jpeg.

it takes about 2 passes on mac preview app but i came to the same image.

you can see a grid, wave form and spheres embedded in these jpegs too. very much like the spheres video, but with the grid overlay.

an orbit circle appears when you apply the same technique to the wc spheres background jpeg.

updated my earlier post again with images equalised via photoshop now that i have access to another machine.

shared in case there are details missing from the first try on a different software and kept to one post to keep them all in one place above.

well, both images have the same sphere patterns in them positioned at different sections.

attached images labelled & numbered to note where the corresponding patterns appear in each image + an overlayed picture.

Have we ever looked into the star patterns of the header? I was just looking at the latest attachments and it just occurred to me that there might be something going on in that header.

here's a small tip for anyone playing around with the levels on the images:

-note the two (obviously) grouped separation of rgb peaks in the histogram.

this could be used as an indicator of whether something is hidden using this method.

attached are the histograms for both known images as examples.

i vaguely remember this during a talk on steganography(possibly by the author of stegspy?) in early/mid 2000s, but never made anything of it until recently.
