I don't think its a hacking, i think this is leading somewhere, because the subject they posted on the site is about research into games.

As a quick test of my curiousity, I emailed the info email address asking about Emily Otis. Faster than anyone could read one of MY emails I got a response just like yours asking what my favorite game was.

I am betting it's some kind of creepy automated response and not someone actually looking at it... I bet if anyone emails about Emily it will respond like that.

 		No, I don't think it is. I asked what kind of game thand they replied back clarifying, doubt a bot could do that. Then again, not sure how all that works. Ill c/p what they said when I get home in a few min

 		I hadn't sent them any emails or anything, but I did just receive that question. I bet it was sent out to everyone who signed up.

According to the home page, they are looking for

So I bet that's what this is. And somehow that is going to be related to the game. Who knows.

EDIT: Regardless of whether the emails were automatically sent to everyone, the responses were written by a real person. I had said Portal and asked why they were asking, and just got this response:

 		I asked about what genre the game would be and their response was - "No specific genre. It can be a computer game, board game, whatever". Doesn't look like a bot.
