Error Reporting when I attach an image

You can get stop these from showing by turning off error reporting in your PHP code, or you can just add
Code:
ob_start();
to the top of your pages.

The pass_thru error might be because your host doesn't allow you to execute shell scripts. Not sure about that though.. just a guess.
