I've yet to play Morrowind. Like Oblivion, loved Skyrim, big fan of Fallout 3 and New Vegas, but have yet to try Morrowind Sad

Morrowind is good so far, but haaaaaard (keep forgetting to save Sad ). You should defiantly give it a go.

I think F5 is quicksave, check your keybindings. Any time you decide to do something sketchy, quicksave first so you can change your mind after the fact if something goes terribly wrong. And so you always have a relatively recent save. I usually only hard save to my file when I accomplish something big or when I'm logging off.
