I don't think is be so quick to say "no harm done". What you described with the pumpkin, knife and note could be considered a death threat and it wouldn't be much of a stretch to get the police involved. Frankly, it doesn't help you look less crazy and isn't going to encourage people to leave you alone - depending on the bully, perhaps just the opposite. Quite an immature response, overall.

To add my two cents, I'm going to not add my two cents. What works for one person in a suicidal mindset is not necessarily what works for someone else. This conversation does not belong here, and absolutely none of us (to my knowledge) are medical professionals in this field qualified to give a legit recommendation. Serum's suggestions in particular are fairly disturbing and inappropriate. Psychotherapy has helped many people, as have pills. When the alternative is being so upset with your situation that you end your own life, then I would recommend whatever it takes.

Uh huh, allow me to offer my rebuttal:

Pills: Awesome!
Psychotherapy: BULLSHIT.

Though I do agree with the part about this entire conversation not belonging here.

Okay, here's my attempt to lighten things up again.

I just got a Youtube account, so I've been playing around a lot. I just discovered the full-screen option. My new favorite thing to do? Watch Marble Hornets full-screen. It's awesome.

Also, although I'm not sure exactly how it happened, I discovered dubstep. Don't worry; I won't try to convert anyone. It took me about 20 seconds to realize it's one of those things people either really like, or hate with every fiber of their beings. But my brain is a strange place, so through some audiovisual Voltron maneuver, my brain has decided that dubstep=totheark.

Enjoy the mental images that conjures up Smile Wink .

Wait, what? Can't you watch YouTube full screen if you don't have an account?

Youtube has been having an identity crisis for a few years. It thinks it's a social media site when in actuality it's a video uploading site.

This as well as literally (I swear I'm not humorously exaggerating here) taking exactly 724 hours to upload a 4 minute video.

I'm not joking.

I aim to eventually change that.

I'd hate to spoil my plans for the future a bit, but I aim to take up animation soon, and ,while I do hope to make funny cartoons, I also plan to make a vast amount of genuine art-themed animations that convey deep, philosophical messages meant for those with broad enough minds.

My mind functions completely differently than others and I perceive the world, life, and everything completely different than most. However my weakness is not being able to convey my thoughts and perception into words. Thus, I aim to convey my messages and thoughts through my art.

And from there, everything will eventually kick off.

That sounds awesome, please let me know when you make this a reality! Also, have you ever seen the movie 'It's Such A Beautiful Day' by Don Hertzfeldt? Your ideas of animation remind me of that movie.

Is it relatively new? I love Herdztfeldt abstract nutiness, but I don't think I've heard of that one...

It was released in 2012, but it is compiled from a trilogy of shorts he made over the years. I bought it from his website bitterfilms.com, as that is the only place you can find it, but he also uploaded the first short in the movie, so I would recommend watching that first to see if it is your cup of tea. Personally, it's my favorite movie of all time, and every time I watch it, it just gets better and better. Artistically, it is perfect.

Most of the time people look at cartoons as a mediocre form of art, meant to only be a silly wacky comedy-fest.

Honestly, I believe they are incredibly imaginative, possibly more than any other art form. The idea of art is to show the world how the artist perceives things in their own unique way. They CAN be funny, they CAN be thought provoking...

but I plan to change the way we see this overlooked art form.
