Well, something to that effect, yeah. It sounds ridiculous when you say it like that though xD

Tasty Alexes gives him the powerz.

It seems more logical to me that The Operator has the ability to take peoples essence (in some form or another) and can use his powers to mess with technology, than the suggestion that Alex has found a way of controlling The Operator, this unknown, mysterious, supernatural and so far unbeatable being.

That's my specialty.

Personally, I think that the person on the phone was probably Alex, who hasn't been seen because he's doing his own thing--whatever that is. Voice mimicry is such a mundane ability that I don't see why The Operator wouldn't be able to do it normally.

Now, supposing The Operator does have the ability to make humans a part of him, I'd expect it to use their forms to do...whatever.

 		Jokes aside, I find this theory pretty stirring, and very creepy. The thought of The Operator actually *speaking* to Tim and Jay gives me the wiggins! An ability to communicate...interesting and certainly spooky. Makes the whole "call coming from an unknown number" thing doubly creepy.

I'd like to see people who disagree or dislike this theory maybe talk about what they think happened to Alex. As I said on another topic, I'm pretty sure Alex is the one who set fire to Jay's apartment, and I think that was an attempt to get rid of TO. I think at some point he was trying to help Jay and then something happened to him to make him one of TO's puppets. But what? And when?

He's always been against The Operator, but contact with it has adversely affected his sanity. Sometimes he thinks that helping Jay is the way to go, other times paranoia takes over, & he thinks he has to kill Jay for some reason. Right now, he's more-or-less normal, so he's trying to keep some distance, so he doesn't end up killing someone again.

The group's current problems started recently. Though they have been stalked by The Operator in the past, it took a break for some reason, & only recently came back for them. So Alex's problems really began when he was hunting The Operator, but something went wrong. Either the first time or so it kidnapped him suddenly changed his personality, or it was a gradual, unseen change, just from being near it so many times.

That's my theory.

 		I'm desperately hoping thinking this season is probably going to be longer than the other two. I don't see how they could wrap up all the loose ends in less than 26 entries at the pace they're currently going. I mean, we're more than ten entries into the season and hardly anything has happened yet, it feels like the story just started to pick up a little.
