Just like some fans had figured out before the big reveal, Jay might have noticed Tim's sideburns and wearing "Masky's" exact same coat or it could have been the shock of the stiuation, after all maybe he was too relived to have repelled a Masky attack or too caught up in the whole knife thing (which happened while pinning Masky/Tim down and tying him up) to really think about questioning Tim and instead focusing on nutralizing the situation.

After that, Jay's encounters with Masky haven't really left time for any chit-chat (Though it Jay had caught up to Tim before leaving the tunnel he might have tried to ask something along the lines of "Why are you doing this?")

I don't think it's so much that Jay knows anything, I think it's because of having his apartment burned down, fustration at Alex being so secritive and just plain shock of nearly getting Masky-tackled again.

I think Jay already had suspicions that Masky was Tim. Alex may have already known.

something i thought of recently: in 22 we know seth gets captured, and it doesn't seem like alex is close enough to him when it happens to be the cause of the camera dropping and him getting dragged away. in 51 we see brian get taken by the operator, but again, no signs of alex being the cause of the camera dropping and him being dragged away.

however in 23, the operator basically grabs jay (if you pause at the right time you can see his arms reach towards jay) but jay wakes up the next morning on the side of the road iirc. - is it possible the same thing that happened to seth/brian happened to jay, or is jay "the chosen one" that can't be fucked with by slendy? after all this time jay still shows no signs of slender sickness

We don't see Brian or Alex exhibit any sort of sickness either, only Tim. Still, Jay has blackouts and walks around and teleports without remembering it, so he's obviously being affected by this thing. Difficult to speculate further when we don't know whether or not Brian and Seth are walking around like Tim

Jay was having a huge coughing fit in entry 16.

He did also black out a few times. Maybe everyone experiences the sickness differently.
