If you can somehow pull off a cinematic view with a logical in-game explanation, I salute you. For the most part, we all use first person POV. It's part of the genre, though something subverting that would be interesting...

Since, in the outline. I had an idea on how to utilize both, also if i do it all cinematic view. Would it distract the viewer? Even the two transition of first person to cinematic and vice versa?

I enjoy a series that doesn't constantly show the Slender Man. There needs to be breaks in between sightings so you can build up those encounters and make them feel substantial.

I'd really like to see a series that didn't show Slenderman at all - only implied Him - and have the main villain be a proxy/group of proxies.

Each to their own, I guess...but we don't need any more repeats of jordan12435 so I'm going to have to disagree.

Fair enough, but if it's done properly I could see it being an interesting turn of events.

Personally, I'd love an audio/radio drama type of series Smile

More outlandish things. Breaking the mold a little bit. You always have the blogs that are just on the scale of "Creepy shit is happening to me and my friends". I always love when series go into more time/dimension travel and such, or when they start tying in to history (Even if it's made up history, like Dark Harvest).

This.
Seriously, everyone needs to read this, especially future creators.

that's an aspect I would like to explore. The slenderman is an interdimensional creature, or at least, how i would and want to interpret him. This is going to sound stupid, but he is like the Doctor from DW, not necessary you are seeing the present slenderman, he could have meet you for the first time in your sixth encounter of him. Except he more a chaotic sort of timeline, like everything is happening at once. Actually, sound that i'm contracting myself, but yeah.

I mostly lurk, but this thread got my interest.

I'd like to see the protags combat Slendy/the Proxies Home Alone style by making goofy traps.

To each his own etc.

That would be epic. Then the protagonist does the culkin face, when he sees the slenderman. before he falls from the stairs by a bucket dropping it into a wire that electrocute it, making his tentacles stand up. that would be awesome for sketch.

gimme 20+ Silent Hill references

I would like to see a Slenderseries that allows us to traverse into his...realm, you might say. An otherworld that is alien and familiar to the viewer.

A series that is similar to SH2 would be pretty cool.[/strike]

Well, I've actually poked a little conceptual areas with that myself.

Not sure if mentioned before, but I would like to see more continuity and consistency in the series. I often see things used once and never seen again. I realize I'm being the usual hypocrite that I am by saying this, as my series has the continuity of Nickleback's musical style. But I feel it's very vital to making a series more believable. Like the latest comment about weeping thorns latest video with the clock thing.
