So, does anyone else think that the sound of them running to the car was used for the last audio bit of Reminder, but a bit distorted?

Also, I wonder where they were / what they were shooting out in the storm.

Around 6:10...is there someone crashed out on the couch? I can't seem to get the YouTube app on the iPad to pause at the correct spot...

No.It appears to be a plastic grocery bag,a throw pillow and maybe an article of clothing or small throw blanket bunched up.No person. But I can see how you could think that in dim light with it moving real quick like that.

This video strengthens my theory that the video tearing doesn't happen because of The Operator, but because of the Operator teleporting. When he was right in the same room as Tim (probably been there a while), just audio and video weirdness. No tearing. When Tim's back in the room with the other two and Alex starts screwing with the keyboard: Tearing, followed by complete loss of video. In other words: Operator teleports from the previous room to theirs

I agree.it does seem to support that theory.

Perhaps--but I am not hearing it--seems too "quiet" and there is definitely speech (even though we cannot discern/agree what's being said exactly.

Probably just some normal shoot, but I feel like someone must have brought the Operator home with them. Maybe not on this particular night, but I think we all know by now that the Operator didn't just decide one day to stalk/attack everyone on the cast of Marble Hornets. Something has to have triggered it all.

If anyone on this particular tape knows something is wrong, it's gotta be Seth, just because he seemed a little anxious to get Alex's tapes. Or Alex. But if it's Alex, then he's already like he was in Entry #51, and that means he's just trying to lead everyone into a trap.

Some time before the events of this tape, something must have happened to bring the Operator into their lives in the first place. (Unless the Operator has been Alex's lifelong buddy, like what enttry 37 implied.)

Hopefully we will see this moment in the tapes.

Loved this entry. I didn't find it scary so much as unnerving, and kind of poignant, looking back on the crew and knowing how screwed their lives are going to be.

Props to Troseph for all the humour in this one - I especially loved the "we have a flashlight" line. Dat foreshadowing.

Great entry. Love that we're dealing with the old footage again.

Am I the only one who found Alex's line towards the end, "Guess what else is battery powered?" and the way he was looking at the camera, to be rather sinister? I just had this vision of Alex carrying on, playing the keyboard, while the Operator attacked the others.

But yeah, great entry. Can't wait to see where the series goes from here.

It would have been hilarious if the keyboard lights weren't on. (Rule 34 and all that.)

I don't know if "originally" would work. Remember, Alex has been stalked since he was a kid.

We don't know this for sure, it's only implied by TTA.

Brilliant entry, but it made me feel so mournful seeing how well thr guys got on and how innocent and happy their lives were, knowing what would happen in the next few years. It was particularly jarring seeing Alex in almost happy go lucky mode and comparing it to the paranoid wreck of a man who caved someones head in with a rock. really shows how high yhe stakes end up being.

Great job guys

Where would you position this clip on the timeline?

"I'm not the camera guy" at least shows it's after the clip with "I'm the camera guy".

Awesome, awesome entry. Is this the only time that we've actually seen Slendy 'teleport' (without distortion covering it)? I like the implication that he doesn't actually teleport - he can just move really, really fast when no-one's looking...

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Weeping angels, anyone?

On a slightly OOG note, I like that it's just a small bag of tapes this time and they're all action (well, if season 3 started as it means to go on they will be). It also makes me think there are going to be a lot of other things going on to explain the gaps between entries. Hopefully there'll be regular Tim-and-Jay meetups. I'm waiting for Jay to change his story to "I'm making a documentary about behind-the scenes documentaries".

Solid entry. Solid. The throwbacks to the into, the humor (the battery-powered line was particularyly lol-worthy) and super slendy speed! Solid.

Fffffff-

Dat entry.

I turned the volume down when the power went out just because i was expecting a more dramatic appearance of the Operator. I have to rewatch it now. Damnit... I was hoping to get through today without irrational paranoia, but i guess that isnt happening now.

that shadow made me think of the shadow that zoomed over Alex's head in entry 22. It looked too insubstantial to be Slendy...Operator...Slenderator...Operaman...whatever.
Good catch. I always thought that shot in 22 might signify a possession-type thing. The Operator taking over his head, both at that moment when he was talking to the camera and maybe earlier, during the events he was trying to remember. If the Slender Shadow does represent The Operator taking control of his favorite Alex-puppet, then this theory...

The note Alex plays at the end while Tim is telling him to not look so dramatic

And how he makes it louder and how he plays the same octave with his other hand just as the distortion starts.

Could be, and is probably, just Joseph being comedic. Could also be a dead giveaway that Alex coreographed this.

... becomes very sinister. Although I'm not sure Alex consciously choreographed it, per se. Rather, The Operator used him to orchestrate the situation. And the shadow at the end signifies Maestro Operator stepping up to the podium for the featured presentation.

OR, another theory. If the apartment clip takes place immediately after the rainstorm, why isn't Seth there? Or IS HE? *cue dramatic tone* I do think his rush to find Alex is pretty suspicious.

zomg!

Hey, i just wanted to clear a thing is bottering me in this entry. Everyone is saying almost all the Staff of MH is here, minus Sarah. What about 2:36. To me there two voices: A woman one, and the other from the one holding the cam... anyone notice this?

Maybe ALL the MH crew was in this clip...

and yes... ZOMG!
