Great entry! Now for some speculation, brought to you this week by Susil hates job hunting.

Spec Part 1: The present day. There's a couple of things that struck me about the way Tim acts when he passes on the tapes...

1. "I gave him back the camera". I'm pretty sure I'm not the first one that has mentioned this - my immediate reaction was to think of the camera Amy finds in #26. Lots of people have speculated it might have been planted. If Tim was the last one to have it, it might also explain why Alex is seen in front of, not behind the camera in the fast images in the same entry.

2. "Not the Movie guy". Several people picked up on this already. Its a very... specific turn of phrase. Is it a coincidende that Tim uses it some 5 years later? Maybe. Or, is he far more aware of what's in the tapes than he claims/

My spec: This is Tim trying to figure Jay out. I'm trying to see this entry from Tim's point of view: he may simply not know how much Jay knows.I reckon he's dropping hints to try and either get a response, or to try and communicate what he knows. Why he can't just come out and say - gah. That's where I run out of ideas. Is Jay really any use to anyone stumbling around in the dark?

Praise be that it was a nice warm sunny afternoon before I got back from school to discover this. A bloody good entry in my opinion.
Not really got anything to say that hasn't been said already, except:

I always seem to be a little late to the party when videos are posted, so I just watched this entry a few minutes ago. And advanced apologies for the Great Wall of Text.

I noticed someone mentioned earlier in this thread that they didn't know why Tim didn't turn on the "night-vision" on the camera, but that could just be enforcing that he isn't "the movie guy". I think the odds of him using that phrase again after all these years could be a coincidence, just one of those things that he says, or he could be implying that he remembers what happened that night and he's trying to influence Jay. But that still wouldn't make much sense to me considering none of the tapes were labelled or dated, so Tim had no real way of knowing which tape Jay would watch first or if he would even remember a few words, especially if they were supposed to be some kind of clue.

I can't tell if, at the very end of the video, if Tim is saying "Don't look so dramatic" or "you look so dramatic", but the way he's saying it leads me to believe he's just thinking Alex is still goofing around. The audio distortion starts really picking up, but it definitely sounds like Brian is saying something just before Slendy shows up. And the light definitely shifts. If you're staring at the door it looks like it could be coincidental, but if you look at Alex instead from about 6:44 until the video cuts out, you can clearly see that he's not lit anymore and the light is focused on the door. So Brian had to see something that made him turn the light to the door. He made a comment about "I'm gonna get a good lighting on Alex here" and the light went from being trained directly on Alex to slowly moving up the wall, almost like he saw the Slenderman, but didn't quite want to believe it and was trying to see if he could light The Operator's "face" and not long after the light started moving up it cut to the door, like he suddenly realized that wasn't the dark and the storm playing tricks on him, but that something was there and he pulled the flashlight over quickly to see what it was. And then the Slenderattack happened. o_o

At first, I thought nothing much of this entry as nothing really happened (or maybe because it was 2am and I was dead tired), but now that I think about it, it's an awesome entry. It's a good throwback to the first season, it was fantastic to see Brian and I was surprised to see Seth myself. It was also interesting to see Alex being "normal" and not super serious like he was in Season 2. It was light hearted and gloomy at the same time.

Although, I'm not sure why Jay uploaded this entry as it doesn't give him any real info on Alex's whereabout. He didn't even mention the operator.

I really like how nonchalant Seth's reappearance is. He's just there all of the sudden and it's all normal and shit. I know these are tapes from 2006, so he should be there, but it's still pretty awesome. I hope he's in more entries...I mean, I assume he will be, I just hope he plays bigger and/or longer parts.

And I'm starting to think present day Tim sort of knows what's going on here. The way he is talking to Jay and how he's willingly helping him and all that really makes me believe he's trying to ease Jay into something. I don't really know though.

I also like the rain and darkness in this entry. Gives it a nice feel.
