Looks like it's another spinoff, folks...

I find it doubtful that it's a spin-off on the Slenderman mythos. A lot of the other videos had some pretty random tags, most likely to get some traffic to the videos (considering that this is either a promotional stunt or a new ARG trying to get off the ground.)

This Faceless Man doesn't even resemble Slenderman. Slenderman is always seen without any sort of face (this man has eyes and a nose slit(?)) and wears a suit and a tie (this guy wears a large jacket and what look like jeans.)

Besides that, the atmosphere of the videos just seems different from any other Slenderman ARG out there. Considering that these videos take place in the middle of large cities, it's almost definitely not Slenderman.

 		What I think needs to be noted is that these videos all seem to feature the same person, wearing the same clothes, and is taking place in the same area within the cities.

 		The video descriptions usually mention the man's stress level or say that he seemed to be waiting for something. A few have mentioned specific strange events. I think this is a build-up to something really interesting.
