 		In the video that features a crime scene, the cameraman zooms in on a street sign, maby the crime has something to do with this. maby we need to figure out what happened. This seems to be a stretch, and I live no where near New York City and don't know the area, so if anyone wants to do a follow up, be my guest

 		Maybe try following up on the guy who found the video on his phone after it was returned, that may give us a bit more of a response, maybe he had something else left on his phone?

Unless someone has CSI-style visual enhancement software, I'd say that the video is too blurry for us to get that kind of information.

Might I mention that I find it funny that this video is tagged with "Breaking Bad (TV Program)"
