treasure hunt!

tonight at 9 a phonebox rang in coleraine and we were to answer it. this lead us on a treasure hunt around coleraine looking for clues to what the vaccination is!! after finding all the clues the last one was a pen drive. in it there was a video that seems to just be contextual referencing. there are also two photos on. can anyone help on deciphering this?!?!
