help with crypto puzzle

A guy got married and put a crypto puzzle on 6 silver bars he handed to his groomsmen. Supposedly it points to a hidden location.

well,this puzzle is a really puzzle.It's a little complex.I am afraid I can't help you.But I will still concern about this post after all.
