first with BRAVO and then with PAPA

so we are looking for quote of text (24 char long) that ends with *H GAP

this will be the key to get PAPA message which we can brake later

It is indeed in Philipinnes as Charon said before. When we told Charon we know about location he told us few new things about OBJ AMBROSE and FOB Schrader (that was operation where they found one of the misterious devices/whisperers from heaven):

44 finally solved! It wasnt double cipher but running key (key same length as the message)
