Just like one person has the right to express a negative opinion, others have the right to call it like they see it. Same way people who generally dislike the current entries sometimes take to calling supporters fanboys who'll just automatically like anything that's given to us. That irritating trend you're talking about goes both ways.

No. It really doesn't. The fanboy comments are relatively rare, and mostly a backlash to all of the insulting of people who don't like literally every entry. No one has been singled out as a fanboy, no one has been accused of being a troll pretending to like bad developments, & there is no one who waits to pounce on anyone who likes a relatively unpopular entry.

And if I have the right to call it like I see it, then anyone who makes insulting posts about "bashers" is a no-life idiot whose ego is too fucking fragile to handle the fact that not everyone likes what they do like, and YES, they literally will like anything that MH gives them.

Now we gonna sit here & pretend the above is what posts should aspire to being, or are we gonna stop pretending that criticizing an entry & pointlessly insulting someone for disagreement are the same things?

That goes both ways as well. A lot of times the criticisms go from constructive to fucking obnoxious.

The attitude that we have to be total assholes for someone on the basis that they didn't like an entry or development.

I am pretending nothing. Just because some people get called fanboys, it doesn't mean you guys get treated with the same level of vitriol as the ones who generally don't like the new entries. If you can show me some posts where you do get that treatment, then I will change my mind.

But the vitriol doesn't go to people who simply don't like the new entries, it goes to the ones who relentlessly criticize every detail, then act like hating the new entries is simply common sense. That frustrates others, hence why things get heated. At a certain point that just ruins the mood for some and makes the entire experience less fun. Not saying people don't or shouldn't have the right to criticize harshly, just saying that the negative responses are bound to happen as a result. Of course that only applies when the TOS aren't being broken.

 		I see people here criticizing acting and editing like they were professionals. Not enjoying something is okay but it makes me sad when we can notice people who had no drama education, for example, claiming Tim's acting skills suck, for example. Im not saying people who arent professionals shouldnt criticize, im saying that instead of TROYS EDITING IN LAST VIDEO WAS AWFUL we should try saying I DIDNT LIKE TROYS EDITING IN LAST VIDEO. I mean, it makes me very sad seeing people acting like their opinion is a fact.[/i]
