Location: I'm lost, let's ask that bald, tall, faceless guy in a business suit.

It has been named, but I want to remark it a little more:

Scripting is no joke. You don't just sit in front of the computer and tipe the first shit that cames to your mind. It takes days. Period.

What you said, pravado, makes you look like you're talking without knowing a single thing about filmmaking. And the probable reason as why everyone jumped to tell you TL;DR "you don't know anything" is because, as me, some of the guys here are also cinema students. And what you said about MH, about pointing the camera at trees and that's it, also feels a little condescendent and insulting towards ours. It's a little rough hearing someone disparage what you are studing, your vocation, with silly and WRONG arguments like this one.

Please do not take this post as an argument to keep defending your (silly and ignorant) position. It's not a conversation. Don't take the "oh you everyone feel ofended about everything i say" approach. It's (guess what?) silly.

Not really a rage but I totally woke up this morning and felt all "man, i don't really care about MH anymore"

and it sucks because its one of my favorite series. i still enjoy it but i don't wake up craving discussion or refresh twitter or anything at all. it could be because of the pacing of this season or the long gaps between entries, or even the inflow of stupid kids that have joined these boards recently, but it just sucks to feel this way about something i'm so passionate about

I think I know what you mean dude. I've never been one to actually discuss MH on here, but I still followed the series with a lot of interest. Lately it's just seemed to have lost its charm.

my main concern is that the wait for entries now doesn't bother me. it used to be where i finished an entry i couldn't wait for the next one, but now it's just like... there's no tension that keeps me wanting more as bad as it used to

i'm sure this will change in the future, but i'm just down in the dumps about feeling this way right now

Not rage. Waxing indifference at this point. I am not curious about MH anymore, its drifted from a great series to some kind of Scooby-Doo mystery where the bad guy will get his mask pulled off at the end after a chase through the forest.

And he would've gotten away with it if it weren't for those meddling kids.

I don't think it's the content exactly. I think it's wait fatigued.

nah it's deff the content for me. since entry 57 or so every entry has left me with a reaction of like "really? the story is stalled once again"

and i'd imagine it's not easy to write a slender series story, i just wish these entries had more content to them rather than being a psychological breakdown of tim

But a psychological break-down of Tim *is* content. Sure you could have a fast moving, action packed story with one-dimensional characters, but why would you want that? There's nothing compelling or interesting about that. With that being said, I do agree that the pace needs to start quickening a bit, but I'm not overly concerned.

While I'm not at this point, I am gaining disappointment with each new entry added, mainly because my expectations are so high. I still believe that they have been building the plot up to a pinnacle of which will soon be reached and, hopefully, the series will regain some much needed active action and vitality.
