Shouldn't we WANT different serieseses to compete with each other for which is better?

That should, in theory, drive each other to try better with each entry, to make it more compelling. Not necessarily over the top, or crazy or vfx ridden, but better in story-telling, suspense, acting, etc.

If TribeTwelve's latest entries are better than Marble Hornets's latest entries, I'm all for it. That's a point of happiness, not a point of rage. Marble Hornets will end eventually, and while it will always be remembered fondly, another series must rise to take its place. Tribe Twelve is worthy of that. And when Tribe Twelve ends, another must rise. There will always be something, and I think that the other series should be in contention with each other, jockeying for position.

I'm totally in favor of everything in competition, and if Tribe Twelve is better than Dark Harvest, which is better than Marble Hornets, or any other combination of series, I say go. Do it. Don't be angry about it, be glad that so many people are working so hard to bring the best product they can.

I'm sure they are, and I have faith that everything they're doing will come to fruition, and we'll get the ending that works best with the series. I have faith, even during some of the lower key entries in the series. Sure, yeah, I'd love every episode to be like when I first watched it, and I was terrified during each new one, and had to pause every now and then to recollect myself, but that's what watching a glut of Slenderseries do to you- you become inured to it, and then it's not as scary anymore. I still love the story, and I think it's been progressing nicely all the way through season 3.
