There appears to be a RL event in Chicago-14th to 16th May and North Carolina (Durham)- 14th to 15th May

Also, there will be drops in three cities- I'm going to guess in Chicago, North Carolina and a unknown third city.

Brief Summary: Speculat1on follows a unknown employee, who works for a company called Metacorp. Each level has 8 parts to solve, to get into the next level (currently its on Level 4). There's still a bunch of unsolved puzzles right now.

This is all about executive order 6012

You have to do a lot of research on the actual executive order to get to that point, people were given ~20 dollars per troy ounce making it almost but not quite one to one for the dollar amount, at least as far as I can tell.

The question seems very vague and difficult.

Even with the exact math of the per troy ounce value, it said it was wrong. So I'm stuck.
