 		I agree that is part of the lovecraftian mythos, person finds an impossible monster or finds an impossible device, he dies or goes insane in the end. My idea of a distortion for the slenderman is not from the device, but from the area he spawns. Like he is teleporting there, other than his presence causes a freaking emp.
